Jesus is called the Lion of Judah who has triumphed. Jesus has triumphed over temptation and sin, over pain and suffering, over fear, over death and even over the Devil himself. Jesus is the Lion who retreats before nothing! The last book of the Bible, called Revelation, tells about the end of history and the second coming of Christ. In Revelation 5:5, we read this about Jesus: “Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah has conquered.” Jesus, the Lamb of God, is the Lion of Judah. Jesus, the Lamb of God, is the Lion of Judah. Everyone is encouraged to follow Him; the Lamb of God, who takes away our sin, but who soon comes in the clouds with glory to judge the quick and the dead.
